Introduction to BI

The Introduction to BI Package will help companies to define and prioritise their Business Intelligence requirements and align these to the data held in the organisation. We will work with the you to review your Management Information to develop a strategy that provides the basis for bringing together data from throughout your organisation. From this you will be able to determine the most appropriate solution to implement.

We will look to identify the early priorities whilst maintaining the objective of delivering a solution that can be developed to encompass the whole organisation to enable the most effective return on investment

This Introductory package will include five days consulting which will include strategy workshops with both IT and the business, infrastructure review and a relevant skills audit.

We will provide a detailed report with our conclusions, and a follow up session to discuss the next steps.
