Omniscope Connector for Salesforce enables anyone with a Salesforce account and an installed free Omniscope Viewer to download standard and custom reports and data objects as data-bearing Omniscope .IOK files- just by clicking on the icon next to each report in the Omniscope Connector tab of their account. Downloaded .IOK files contain all the users’ permissioned data and open in pre-configured, immediately-useful visual reporting slideshow layouts. Like spreadsheets, each Omniscope file contains a downloaded copy of all the tabular data, does formula-based calculations, and is useable offline. Unlike spreadsheets, Omniscope files can be secured in several layers, allow visualization of very large record sets and can be configured with 14 different views, including online/offline maps, pivot tables and interactive Flash ‘dashboard’ visualizations that can be exported to web tabs, your intranet/extranet pages, and/or your PowerPoint, Excel or .PDF documents…with full interactivity.
